New Gym ‘The Hive’ opens in Morzine

We’re super excited to have a brand new fitness centre up and running in Morzine run by everyone’s favourite Triathlon Club, Buzz Performance. Here’s what you need to know about the Hive:

The Gym

Full of excellent brand new equipment there’s something for every workout. Head in for a cardio session on the treadmill, progress on to the rowing machines and then why not try out the ski ergo to make sure your arms are prepped and ready for winter!

If resistance training is more your bag, there’s heaps for you to do. Squat racks and cable machines as well as free weights, monkey bars and a sled push. The possibilities are endless!

The Classes

For those that would rather train as part of a group, Buzz are offering some great classes. Spin, suspension training and yoga all take place in the studio that looks out onto the passing river, or join the gym floor class and use some of the equipment listed above.

Anything else?

Well yes actually. In creating the Hive, Buzz Performance have partnered with some great local companies to make sure the Hive is a full service space with something for everyone!

Wild Beets Kitchen: Super popular in Les Gets ever since they opened and now Morzine gets one too! Wild Beets offers something a little different and a little healthier to the more well known mountain fare. Stay on after your workout for lunch or a coffee and post workout treat, or visit for brunch – the workout isn’t compulsory!

Studio Pilates Morzine: Morzine’s first and only full service pilates studio. The lovely Georgie is offering all manner of classes including mat work and reformer pilates on some beautiful new equipment! Join her for a one-on-one or join one of her small group classes.

Morzine Massage: Whether you’ve been in the gym, on the mountain or just had a hectic week, recovery is important. So what better business to partner with than the brilliant Morzine massage! No one ever regrets popping in for a bit of ‘me’ time.
