Central Kitchen Roles
We have some exciting new roles in our central production kitchen in Morzine for Winter 2020/21.

A key role within our Resort management team, to oversee the smooth delivery, quality and consistency of our food product across various outputs. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining all the systems required for the successful running of a new kitchen through the Winter 20/21 season and be responsible for delivering high standard food out to our properties.
Reporting to the Resort Manager, the role is diverse so a degree of flexibility will be required as well as great communication and organisation skills, and delegation and time management are essential attributes.
