Chalet Kerasia is a beautiful, five bedroom chalet that has recently been converted into the very best of luxury, with an outdoor hot tub to unwind in, after a long day on the mountain.

The entrance to the chalet immediately sets the tone, running along the right hand side of the entrance way is a magnificent wine cave. Delve in further and you’ll soon come to the private massage room where you can lie back and relax, while one of our favourite masseuses eases your aches and pains. On the left is the beautifully designed boot room, where you can warm your kit and pop it away ready and waiting for the next morning. 

Nip around the corner and you’ll find a convenient W.C. and the TV room, with 65″ OLED Smart TV with SONOS surround sound and super comfortable sofa and wine fridges. Pop on a film, sit back on the fabulously comfortable sofa and unwind with a glass of wine.  Or, leave the kids to coffee table arcade games and head upstairs… 

…on the 1st floor of the chalet is the main living area, where a stylish fireplace hangs from the ceiling in the centre of the floor, oozing warmth to the dining and living spaces. A state of the art kitchen sits on the left of the chalet, equipped with everything you need to whip up a storm (or hire a private chef to do it for you!). A bean to cup coffee machine ensures an easy start to the day. The dining table is vast, with plenty of space for the whole party to enjoy dinner together.  Handmade in resin and wood especially for the chalet, it’s a stunning centre piece that sets the tone of the meal. On the right hand side of the floor, you’ll find two seating areas, perfect for pre or post dinner drinks and chats, or a sing along around the Yamaha grand piano, all with the beautiful backdrop of alpine scenery and views of Nyon and Pleney.  SONOS speakers are placed discreetly throughout this floor.  

Behind the scenes, Chalet Kerasia boasts a home office and utility room with washing machine and dryer to make the chores of life that little bit easier.  Should you need to check in on some work while you’re away, Chalet Kerasia offers a well separated office space,  with views over to Avoriaz, where you can focus on the task in hand before heading out to join the rest of the group. 

Head up the stairs again to the top of the chalet and you’ll find five spacious ensuite bedrooms each with character roof beams and porcelain tiled bathrooms. Each room envelops you in beautiful aged wood, with calming, thoughtfully designed lighting throughout and windows with views you’ll love waking up to. 

There is parking for 4 cars at this property with 2 electric car charging points. The chalet is situated just a 5 minute walk from Morzine and a two minute walk to the nearest bus stop (line D), you can get wherever you want to go in no time at all.
