Role Overview:
We expect our drivers to go above and beyond, always demonstrate mature driving skills, be presentable and guest facing and helpful to all staff members. Great communication and time management are all essential attributes for the role. The successful candidates will also have an interest in food, a team spirit and a love of the mountains!
There are 2 types of driving roles available, all driving roles will involve driving resort shuttles for guests and general housekeeping across our properties. The roles will be generally working on split shift hours, covering the day shift a couple of days per week – giving maximum opportunity for time on the mountains.
Driver/Maintenance
We are also looking for driving candidates who will provide maintenance across our portfolio of properties, alongside the resort driving duties. The role will require self time management and will involve responding to call-outs and maintenance issues as and when they arise. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the control of various stock items, and their distribution across the chalets, and supporting the kitchen as required. Eexcellent maintenance skills are a must.
Driver/Housekeeper
We are also looking for driving candidates who jump in to assist with housekeeping, alongside the resort driving duties. The role will require self time management and will involve supporting the housekeeping team on weekends. The successful candidate will also jump in to assist in the chalets if required. Flexibility and customer facing skills are a must.
All driving roles are flexible and the successful candidates will be required to help in all chalets as required so a team attitude is essential.
