We want all our guests to have an amazing stay with us in Morzine, and in order to offer reassurance during these uncertain times we have made changes to our terms & conditions, and our procedures in resort so that you can book with confidence, and make the most of your next mountain getaway in Morzine.

We’ve updated our terms and conditions ready for winter 20/21, and these include our new risk-free Covid-19 cancellation policy for new bookings, to give you peace of mind when planning your next mountain adventure. In summary, if any of the below conditions are in place for the dates of your holiday, we will offer you a 100% credit note for use within 24 months or a refund of 80% (may increase if we are able to resell the property for the same dates):
- FCO warning against travel to France or Morzine
- 2 week Government imposed quarantine period on return to the UK
- Quarantine period imposed by the French authorities
- Property is closed due to French Government restrictions
All guests must have comprehensive travel insurance in place for their holiday and we recommend this is booked at the same time as your holiday.

Your stay in Morzine
We want you to have a fantastic and healthy stay with us in Morzine. We continue to pride ourselves on high cleaning standards and have put additional measures in place to protect you and give you peace of mind.
Our cleaning team will be trained on our Covid-19 specific cleaning best practices, and will be supplied with PPE. Our properties are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by our cleaning team prior to your arrival, with stringent cleaning protocols. Special attention will be paid to high contact areas for example, door handles, light switches, tv remotes, keys and key boxes. For reassurance, we’ve removed non-essential items from our properties and are providing guests with a selection of disinfecting cleaning products for use throughout their stay.
We will be offering a virtual check in by video call for all our self-catered and flexi-catered guests, but rest assured our in-resort staff remain very much on-hand to assist you during your time in Morzine. Should you need us in person, social distancing measures will be respected to protect both you and our team.
Prior to your arrival, we will email you helpful information about resort and activities available for your reference.
We have introduced our brand new flexi-catered option this winter, which allows our guests to enjoy the perks of a catered holiday in the comfort of their own space! This flexible new option offers 5 nights of delicious chalet meals delivered to your property, afternoon tea and a breakfast hamper to get you going. You can choose from across our chalet portfolio, enjoy your own space and make the most of your mountain time knowing that dinner is taken care of!
Our team of specially trained cleaners will leave the property clean and safe for your group, and our in-resort team are always on hand to help with any queries you may have.
