What’s included in your summer property

WHAT’S PROVIDED IN YOUR ACCOMMODATION

Linen and Bedding:

All bed linen is provided and beds pre-made for the number of guests that you have booked with us. Hand towels and bath towels are provided for the same number of guests. Please ensure that you have shared details of the number of guests and your preferred bed configuration with our team in advance of your arrival. 

Swimming/lake towels are not provided, you may wish to bring those along with you.

If your property has a hot tub, you may also like to bring flip flops.

If you have requested a travel cot and high chair these will also be available for you on arrival; please make sure to bring bed linen for the cot. 

Kitchens: 

All our accommodation is equipped with basic kitchen equipment including pots, pans and cooking utensils. 

They all have sufficient crockery, cutlery and glassware for the total number of guests the property sleeps. 

A starter pack of tea and coffee is also provided along with a carton of milk. Sugar, oil, salt and pepper are also provided.

An under sink cleaning pack is provided for your convenience including: 

• Dishwasher tablets
• Washing up Liquid
• Dish cloth and Sponge
• Bin Bags
• Antibacterial Spray
• Toilet Cleaner
  

Other:

Toilet Paper is provided to get you started. There’s lots of shops locally you can purchase extras. 

In each bathroom, we’ll provide a small selection of travel toiletries for your use, including shampoo, body wash and soap. 

Washing Powder is not provided but you will often find some left behind by the previous guests. In this case, you are very welcome to use it and leave some behind/replacing it for the next guests too. 

In each property, you’ll find a little donation box for store cupboard essentials. Feel free to donate to the box for the next guests – we like to reduce waste where possible.

If your property has a BBQ available for use, a cleaning kit will be provided.  We ask that, if you do use the BBQ, it is cleaned after use.  There is a €50.00 charge for any BBQ cleaning required. 

Friendly Reminder:

We ask that outdoor shoes aren’t worn inside the property, so it’s worth bringing indoor shoes/slippers.  It keeps the floor 

Please report any accidents or breakages so that we can resolve any issues for you promptly and ahead of the next guests arriving.

Fuel:

The nearest petrol station is also located at Carrefour, St Jean d’Aulps: 4679 Rte des Grandes Alpes, 74430 Saint-Jean-d’Aulps, France. If you are driving to Morzine via Thonon, you will likely pass this fuel station on your way in; a perfect time to refuel & collect groceries.
