There are so many fantastic restaurants and bars in Morzine / Les Gets, it can be hard to choose where to re-charge those ski legs!

Whether you want a traditional Savoyard cheese feast, a hearty burger or just a quick snack on the go, here are some of our favorite mountain lunch spots to keep you fully fuelled for a big day on the slopes:

La Paika – Amazing mountain restaurant in the middle of the Les Gets ski area with a varied menu and large outdoor grill serving delicious meats and fish platters. Prepared with local produce, they offer incredible mouth watering daily specials. Find it on the blue slope of the La Turche draglift.

Vaffieu – One of the best options for fine dining on the hill, the Vaffieu serves all of the savoyard classics as well as some creative and delicious specialties. Just at the end of the Belvedere chairlift, with a great terrace too!

Le Chalet du Nabor – A gorgeous sunny terrace to take in the fabulous mountain views and fantastic ‘menu du jour’, perfect for lunch or simply a beer or hot chocolate in the sunshine. Find it at the top of Pleney plateau – a top pick!

Tremplin – With an unbeatable location at the bottom of the Pleney lift, this spacious restaurant has everything you could ask for: a large and varied menu, a kids play area to keep the little ones happy, and a large heated terrace for some après on your way home!

Chez Martinique – For the best crepes on the go! Located just over the road from the Pleney, Martinique offers both sweet and savory options and they’re both filling and delicious. 

La Grand D’Ourse – Located on Mont Chery, this restaurant has unrivalled views from the terrace. There’s a relaxed bar area with snacks on the top floor, or a full Savoyard restaurant downstairs. 

Wild Beets Café – In the heart of Les Gets, this amazing deli offers healthy alternatives and a great range of salads and wraps. Great for vegetarian and vegan options!
