We’re excited that our friends at Volcom are coming to resort this weekend!

In conjunction with the 20 Years of Volcom Outerwear anniversary, Volcom are putting on a snowboarding event in Avoriaz this Sunday!

Teaming up with Avoriaz, Act Magazine and Arthur Longo, Volcom’s SPOT TO SPOT event will unify multiple facets of snowboarding for a full day of riding galore.

From turns to rails, side hits & air time, this gathering will bring everyone together, riding through Avoriaz from one challenge to the other.

It will be open to amateurs of all abilities, and with solid cash up for grabs for pros.

Of course, in true Volcom style, there will be a celebration into the wee hours, at Laury’s in Morzine! We’ll see you there!

Triple AAA rating approved (Arthur, Avoriaz, Act)

EVENT FORMAT:

There are 4 divisions to choose from: (Pro women/men – Am women/men)

Everyone will be riding together; we’ll move from spot to spot in the Resort (locations will be communicated before the event)

Everyone can choose in what challenge they want to participate (you can always ride along/watch action if not interested in competing)!

PROGRAM:

8h30am-9.00am Check in at the top of Les Prodins (3S Gondola)

9h30 am “friendly” Chinese Downhill (weather condition permitting)

10h30–14h00 Side Hits – free BBQ/drinks/chill

14h30 Secret mission (Pros only)

15h30 Rail jam- Après board/DJ

16h30 Prize giving- Après board/DJ
